Quiet Streams of Mercy: God’s Love All Day Long

“The Lord will command His lovingkindness in the daytime;

And His song will be with me in the night.” (Psalm 42:8).

The Lord walks beside us throughout our days,

and is present with us throughout the night.

Sovereignly, directing our path in love.

Carefully watching over us in gentleness,

and strength. Patiently loving us through.

Working in ways we have yet to fully see,

Or imagine. Faithfully never leaving our side.

Showering us with His kindness and goodness.

Leading us with tender mercies and endless grace.

Quietly calming our hearts,

and reassuring us with His voice.

Reminding us of His faithful promises,

undying devotion,

and everlasting commitment to us.

He is the Good Shepherd caring for each one of His sheep.

Protecting, providing, and keeping us safe.

Our Creative Master, Savior and Lord.

The designer of our lives; who is our best friend.

The Great God of Heaven and Earth,

Who is actively working daily in our lives,

and never misses one moment.

How incredible is His care for us in each and every detail.

How lovingly His eyes look upon each one of us.

How deep and never ending is His love.

How He delights in our knowing Him.

The same joy that endured the cross for us.

Oh, how much higher are His ways

and thoughts toward us.

No one has ever loved us this much.

All His goodness too vast to be fully explored.

To trust His heart is to be Home.

His everlasting peace to rest upon us

in safety and security.

To know Him; too wonderful for words.

What a joy to love Him.

What a comfort His presence is.

His divine nature and holy character,

unmatchable.

What a gift His Holy Spirit is to us.

Heaven, the best to come.

No earthly treasure could ever compare.

If we seek Him, we will find Him.

Whatever the time, place or season.

Whatever the need or occasion;

He will be there.

Sometimes up, sometimes down,

but always with Jesus❣️
